FAGU’S Bottle Un-Scramblers, are capable of handling bottles ranging from 15ml to cans up to 5L. Our design team has improved the functioning by combining continuous and integrated orientation, which enables the machine to run at higher speeds with scratch-free surfaces. These machines have an integrated electrical cabinet with a colour touch screen. With dedicated speed adjustments for all conveyors, quick changeovers, and upscaled productivity FAGU'S Un-Scrambler has become a must in the recent market.

SORTER
FAGU's Sorters are designed to smoothly transfer the bottles in a single line to a series of conveyors. It is built with a special M.O.C. that allows the bottle to be transferred scratch free. It is VFD controlled to allow micro-adjustments at high speeds.
ORIENTATION
FAGU's Orientation unit is pneumatically operated, allowing the bottles to be oriented in the correct position at high speeds without any dependency on the conventional mechanical springs.
